It's new, used for a few hours and that's it. Never ordering through Flipkart, that's for sure.

That itself makes it ineligible for any refund on any ecomm website in India unless technical issue can be proved. Why do you think things would be any different on flipkart?

My parents have bought a few things and gotten a refund if they weren't happy with the product. They mostly shop on Amazon. Didn't really have any issue till today. Wasn't aware of the ineligibility thing to be honest.

Nowadays, if an electronics item has no technical issue then it is not eligible for refund unless issue escalated & you get lucky. Also, even if you do get successful in such cases at amazon, your user acc will be tagged as "suspicious/misuser" & in future even for a genuine complaint your case will be rejected depending on the product value in question.

Fujitsu Lifebook AH550: It's an old 1st gen Core i3 laptop.
Battery is as good as gone, doesn't turn on (Power Supply is dead, lastly I was told, which I assume can be fixed. The power button area, not the charging place.)
No HDD, I think probably 2GB RAM since it was on Windows 7.
Condition: 2/5. With charger.
Would prefer local pickup since this is a bulky laptop but feel free to arrange shipping if needed. I'd reckon this is about 4-5kgs (Maybe a lot less, not sure)
