I would like to get advice on a cheap ultrabook with 4GB RAM/i5/128GB SSD.

Best you can get is the Vostro i5 for 38k. Sell its internal 1tb hdd for 3k and with the 5k buy a sandisk 128gb ssd/samsung 128gb evo.

On flipkart there was a Rs.2500 off on the Dell Vostro 3446 on Sunday. Don't know if the offer is still there.
