I can't access T.I.M.E., the no.1 institute for entrance exam coaching for CAT, MBA, GRE, TOEFL, GDPI (mba coaching institute's site) either on my PC (which has WinXP+SP2) or laptop (Win Vista Business). Windows firewall is turned off in both. I have used IE, Firefox and Opera and checked whatever i know and even checked settings in my anti-virus. In the browser settings no website has been blocked as far as i know. Besides, the website failed to run the first time net was installed in it.
The website runs in my friends pc and i could access it 2-3 weeks ago last in my pc.
I use a MTNL broadband connection with DLink modem and it is connected to the pc via usb and to the laptop via ethernet port.
Is it possible the isp itself is blocking the site.
