Can someone help me with payment through paypal?

Hello,

I have a VPS hosting and i used to pay for it using the HDFC netsafe VCC on paypal. However the netsafe VCC system is in maintenance and I am due on by VPS bill on the 22nd of this month. SO I would like to know if anyone could help me with a VCC or any other arrangment for the payment.

The amount is 19USD . I would repay the equivalent amount in INR + any reasonable fees that you would like to charge. Also obviously I would pay the amount via NEFT to your bank account before you generate the VCC or pay for me.

Please let me know asap if this would be possible for any one of you. Thank You.
 
In need of this help again. Netsafe still under maintenance and my icici account is taking time for activation.
