I think you should go with infocus m810 which cost 12k. There are only two problem that the speaker quality is not good and if not living in metropolitan city than getting it repaired is a big problem. Other features are great

Mi4i : brilliant display. good build quality. Has MIUI layer on top, some like it, others don't. But it had features that Marshmallow just introduced like app permissions.
Moto G3 Turbo edition: Almost Stock experience, blazing fast because of that.

You can't go wrong with either of the two.
