BSNL to upgrade all Bband plans to min 2Mbps pre FUP from Oct. 512Kbps FUP unchanged

All the news sources are sharing this without mentioning the FUP. This is just sad. The media will go after random things, but not after huge lags in important infrastructure.

Doesn't seem like so. Earlier I would have gone for the 4Mbps plan for 2799 which offers 2Mbps after FUP(30GB). I still might have to go for it if they can't activate this promotional offer over here.
