Bluetooth Receiver for Raspberry pi 4

I need a USB Bluetooth receiver that works well with Raspberry Pi 4. My purpose is to receive audio through Bluetooth and Control Pixel Leds using LedFx. So basically the chain would be TV(Bluetooth Audio Out) -> Raspberry Pi(LedFx) -> WLED Running on ESP32 -> Pixel Led Light. In-Built Bluetooth of RPI is not recommended for various reasons. I'm using optical output from my TV to connect speakers, so Bluetooth can be used in this chain.

Another alternative is to use an external USB Mic in RPI but it can pick up ambience/background sound which I want to avoid. Also, this is my first post here after discovering this space couple of days back. Keep up the good work guys :)
