^^you have to sync the two before you can use it.... the pincode entering stuff
and also, try syncing by starting from the computer instead of connecting to the comp. from the phone
i can do it no probs... and use remote control as well from my k750
and once you sync it, you can see all the files of the phone in the computer...sort of like explorer and then drag and drop
