BlackBerry PlayBook wont charge.

I bought a BB PlayBook back in June 2012. I use it for browsing and reading e-books. For some reason its not getting charged from the past couple of days. The battery level wont go above 17%. If I watch some video or do some browsing then the battery level starts coming down slowly and after that if I put it for charging then it will be stuck at 17%. When I connect the charger the battery symbol changes and shows that its getting charged, but it never goes above 17%.

I installed a new update two weeks ago and I suspect its happening after that. Is there any way I can uninstall that update or reset to factory settings?

Please advise.
