PC Peripherals Best Colour Multifunction Laser/ Inkjet printer?

Need an AIO that can print in colour (already have a single function laser for black and white prints). The amount of printing would not be a lot (~100 pages a month), but whenever we need to print some marketing pamphlets etc. the quality has to be good.

Mandatory features:
  • Excellent colour printing.
  • Budget b/w 15k to 30k.
  • Wireless networking.

Preferable features (but not mandatory):
  • Auto-duplex printing
  • Duplex scanning with ADF
  • Toner change should be simple and cost-effective. I would prefer not to have to change 5 cartridges each time and spend 6k+ on them.
The only brands I have used at length are HP (three thumbs down - would not want to use again) and Brother (awesome!). Am open to any other brand as well.

30k is the starting range for a colour laser printer. You should be only looking at inkjets, some mayb available with all the features you want at this price. You said 100 pgs/mnth, what is the approx no. Of pages u normally print in one go?
 
@The_Falcon We are fine with an inkjet so long as the quality of printing is high (business presentations, promotional material) which includes being able to print on 100gsm paper. In a go, we would print maybe 20-30 pages.
