1. Ryzen 5 5600 - 14k
2. MSI B450 - 6-7k
3. 8 gb ram, you can upgrade it later on, but should be fine for radio software imo - 1.9k
4. 450 Watt PSU Gigabyte - 2.5k
5. 240gb ssd - 1.5k
6. Antec AX20 - 3k

Should be a decent build, around 30k.

I haven't used such software, but do you think a 4C/4T CPU would be enough? If so, you could go for 3200G for about 4k less.
Also, you could find MSI B450M Pro VDH Max for about 1k cheaper than the one you've picked.

I'd try to add dual channel 3200MHz RAM & CX 450, if I were you.

Chiptronics Z810 has limited space to mount a hard disk. You are limited to one SSD. Secondly, those fans are noisy. You need to replace them with something quieter.

Back to your query. What is the minimum hardware requirement to run those software? If it runs on any hardware, you can look at R3 3200G that could save you 3-4k.

Don't get Matrexx 30, get Matrexx 40. 30 is too small, things don't fit inside too well. 40 shouldn't be that much more expensive.

Also, for SSD, try to get WD Blue SN570. If not, you can get used ones from the market here. P3 is QLC, not great for longevity.

My dad uses certain software ex. DVSwitch for his hobby. Nope, he does not stream. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amateur_radio
Below i have attached a config need your suggestions
Amazon isn't the best place to buy PC components, I would recommend looking into bigger names like MD and Vedant Computers to get the lowest prices.
Consider this as a starting point - https://pcpricetracker.in/b/s/a8c0d705-b2a1-4867-9dbc-b90ce14ae2cc
Or this for an AMD build. - https://pcpricetracker.in/b/s/4bedd8a1-68d9-4834-a84b-ee555b382dce

Not sure if you need more power than this, if an ameature radio can run on decent specs, better RAM and SSD would bring very little difference while costing a bit more.

Forget future proofing now, PC hardware change too fast, so its best to buy whatever available now. Both the i3 10100 and Ryzen 5 5600G are plenty enough for simple usage.

Avoid the Gigabyte PSU, this one is better- https://www.amazon.in/Cooler-Master-Bronze-Certified-Non-Modular/dp/B08GTF8224/ref=sr_1_1?crid=30R93GL7PIDUE&keywords=coolermaster+450w&qid=1684845754&sprefix=Coolermaster+45,aps,482&sr=8-1
Yes, it's about 600 more, but will give you a better peace of mind over the Gigabyte PSU, primarily because of prior quality concerns.

Also make sure that the BIOS in the motherboard is updated to support 5600G.

If the cabinet is 3800, it's overpriced. This is better for 2.5k

If you want to go for a mini PC, take a look at this https://shop.clarioncomputers.in/product/intel-nuc-10-gen-nuc10i5fnh5/

A 10th gen i5 is better than 8th gen i7 and it's new, not refurbished. I have not heard of skullsaints, so no opinion on those as a whole. However, as far as the processor goes, N5105 is going to perform poorly, would not recommend at all. Even the N95, which is supposedly Alder Lake, performs slightly worse than 10th gen i5 I shared above. Pricing is reasonable though.

Instead of amd, you can go Intel also as I don't see many people suggesting it.
CPU - i3 12100f/i5 12400f - 6k/14k
Mobo - Asus h610/b650 - 8k/13k
Remaining things same as above threads
