any other config recommendations?
I wud advice u to wait for revised mobos to hit indian shores too... coz SB CPUs are great for gaming aswell as for image editing... And an SB based rig wud easily outperform any current AMD Based Rig in gaming as well as in Image editing... Plus u want the rig that u r building to last longer then i think SB based rig wud b a way to go.. coz LGA1155 socket wud b compatible wid the upcoming ivybridge CPUs... So upgrading the rig that u r building now in 2012 2013 wudn't b an issue... :)

The eXtreme Series is really not worth it better to go for a FSP Blue Storm 500W ~ 3K much more stable and reliable compared to the eXtreme series PSU's.

dont wanna get a new SMPS as this is barely a year old...
will the cooler master suffice?
Cooler Master is a big no no-specially the extreme series. Grab the VX450W. Don't save money, specially when it comes to PSU.

is the Intel DH67CL the revised chipset?

any difference between original intel vs 3rd party chipset(like asus/gigabyte) since the gigabyte H67 chipset is ~9k

Third party manufacturers like ASUS and Gigabyte actually take the Intel chipset and spruce it up with features like USB 3.0) which is not supported by default in the Intel chipset. Also they give an overclocking headroom all solid capacitors which basically make a longer lasting, stable mother-board. It is not that Intel makes crap, it is just not made for heavy-duty and high level heat issues.

Most probably Intel will have released the revised B3 stepping board, although on site-page -- Intel® Desktop Board DH67CL - Overview -- nothing is mentioned. Just check for revised B3 stepping sticker on the board you're about to purchase. Hope this helps bruv.
