Asus P750 for Rs. 12,500 !!!

Well, I have no idea if this price is good for Asus P750, but the specs certainly look impressive. Does anyone out here own this one?
 
Is it new or second hand? I would get second hand at this price so look for the condition of touch screen.

Overall P750 is a nice PDA with decent specs. I own a Asus P527 and P750 is much better than mine.
 
@Roxtin: I'm not talking about a second hand phone because I don't prefer it. I do believe in grey markets where you get new phones without bill and warranty. I had once purchased a P990i from Alfa, Mumbai without bill, and it was running flawlessly before it got stolen.

This Asus P750 though is a new phone which I am getting with bill for 12.5k. I had actually gone to purchase a microwave at an electronic store here in Bangalore and saw this one displayed over there. I think due to the recent price reduction of the Nokia 5800 XM, all players have to give away their top end phones at a competitive price, so it's going to be great news for us.
