Is it s good deal? can anyone help me. i can ttake a final call on this?
 
I would suggest u buy a iphone 4 16gb FU used phone , 3gs is outdated model and screen clarity lacks

^^^^ yeah i too agree with #[member='veer_singh'], 15k for 3 megapixel camera phone and that too old model..is totally waste. It's upto you to decide.
 
Get the IP4 FU if you can extend your budget, 3GS was launched almost 3 years back.

You can get a used one 16gb 3gs for around 10-12k. Don't bother buying a new one at 15k
