Apple Inc. filed a second patent- infringement complaint against HTC Corp. at the U.S. International Trade Commission, seeking to block imports of "personal electronic devices" by the Taiwanese phonemaker.

its high time apple need to be sued by all companies and all dev's whose ideas apple has stolen.

you remember that wifi share feature of great ios5.

it was submitted by one dev. few months back , great apple rejected app and put it in their own ios 5 release.

apple is showing its arrogance thanks to all those idle cash.

This is reson I hate apple.
 
What the hell is wrong with apple ??

It has started playing the "If you cannot beat them....Sue them" game.

Here they are surely feeling the heat from other products and fear that their dominance may be reduced by better products.

PS: Not an apple hater, never used apple products, never touched an iphone too :p :(
 
Ok, this is just downright bul&^%*t. Come on Apple, Just stop. Why can't you just accept the competition and better yourself. It is no reason to get scared and bring these unnecessary lawsuits. Once again its downright stupid. Current Android devices are much advanced than Iphone. Instead of suing or waiting to sue others, why don't you go back to drawing board and come with some innovative products that gives android devices some serious competition.
