Any ISP in Virar East?

Bsnl & dna broadband. DNA is crap according to a customer in my building. They cache Google YouTube so you get around 10Mbps while downloading videos. Downtime for bsnl and DNA is high every month. Around 5-10 days on average.
Others are Reliance & Tata Indicom through dongle. Pricing is high obviously.
I don't stay in virar though.
