Hi what is the latest AMD RMA process and procedure for processor RMA.
How to start it and can shiping of product to service centre is allowed ?

Goto AMD support website and follow the steps as given and if sending via courier or taking in person, do provide a copy of bill/take original with you and with all accessories it comes with.
It is inspirysis afaik who takes care of RMA.
 
Hi thanks for responding, I have to send it to Delhi RMA centre via shipping only.
AMD website says to send only processor.... attaching screenshot.

You should check with that center also first before shipping and ask if the same has to be shipped or with fan as it came with if it is so with yours.
 
Processor came without fan , it's shipping that is bothering me.
Any idea about what time line they take to send replacement?

Don't know about shipping, i have done RMA physically only...but it does takes around 4-8 days afaik and it comes direct to your address
