CPU/Mobo AM3+ Motherboard Upgrade Suggestions (max 4.5k)

Hello friends My Two year old + motherboard on my secondary pc died , so i am planning to give my
my board of primary pc (compatible) to old pc and upgrade my board to new

My old Board GA-880GM-UD2H Gigabyte

Features i am looking

Amd3+ socket (so can upgrade cpu later
Four Memory slot
Sata 3 (high priority)
USB 3 (Med priority )
Onboard Graphic chip ? will be using hd5750

Motherboard with AM3+ socket for my Phenom x6 CPU (Might upgrade CPU later if get good sale price for old CPU

brand and model) as well, this
will help us in fine tuning your
requirement .Like Gigabyte board ,But open to suggesion

Not sure. but might upgrade to 8 Core AMD CPU

You'll need to buy a 970 or a 990 chipset board to have an upgrade, and those cost closer to Rs.6000 than Rs.4000.
The cheapest 970 board that's recommended for overclocking is the Asus M5A97 which costs ~6500. The Gigabyte 970 board's don't have VRM cooling, and don't support all the FX8xxx processors.
You can get a 780 series board for about 4k,but those won't have Sata 6Gb/s ports.

Have a look at this list of recommended mainboards before making your purchase.

Best go for GA-970A-DS3 as [user]sasikanth8[/user] suggested,it support FX83xx :)

Thankyou for suggestions, but I am not interested in O.C

Main thing I am looking is sata 3 and if possible USB 3


Also 4 ram slot, am3+ board

Ram I will be using.16gb (alrdy have ram stick )



But I willl look into your suggestions aboutt. 9xx chipset
