Laptops 960 2G or 4G for a laptop

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a laptop for my game and I’m interested in this model, ASUS Rog G551JM, the price seems okay. I'd like to know is this one worth it?

i7-4710
GTX860 4G
1T
12G RAM

A technical question, just saw there's some cool model of MSI, it’s with GTX860 2G what's the difference between 860 2g & 860 4g?

The type of video ram matters more than quantity. Make sure it is GDDR5 not DDR3. 4GB of DDR3 will be way slower than 2GB of GDDR5. On a low end card, 4GB is useless anyways as there won't be enough fill rate to take advantage of the extra memory.
