Will i7 5960x Stock cooler be any good for cooling i5 4670s than any custom cooling solutions? Please reply...

PS: If so I might buy it online from ebay or amazon... Don't know where it might be available...

Since yours is a non k cpu it's a pretty pointless upgrade imo since your OC abilities are limited and the stock cooler already does a decent enough job.
Sure the cooling will be better than what you have atm since the 5960x is rated with almost twice the TDP but i don't think it'll be on the same level as an aftermarket cooler. Plus the 5960x is a niche product anyways and no one will buy a $15 HSF to slap on a $1000 cpu, plus i really doubt you'll find one here.
Better to go with the 212 EVO if you absolutely need to get one, 120mm over 80mm anyday.
I'd recommend putting the money elsewhere though, i'm on an i5 4440 atm and i feel the stock one is more than enough.
