Hey My Intelli M8z :hap2:

I am back ..... with another doubt , of course :ashamed:....Sorry ! :S

I was juz wonderin --- I have an old Philips Power House Music system ( not a power house ne more ) model AW567 with 200 watts PMPO.

I use a Mercury 4.1 with 1980 w speaker for my PC.

Is ther ne way by which I can use 1 of the 2 speakers with my 4.1 and make a 5.1 out of it..... I think a 5.1 is diff from 4.1 as the 5.1 has a center speaker with a woofer , rite ?

The music system speaker do act like 2 centr speakers rite ?

Modz----Plz do the neccessary if u feel joinin this to sum other thread is gud... Thnx

Tnx matez

well no. Music speakers are stereo.
And if you simply connect 1 speaker to centre it dosent properly. I have tried this and it sounds pathetic.
I am no speaker expert but it dosent work as good as people think it will.

It wont work properly as subwoofer processing is independent of other channels in 5.1(3rd connector is center+sub) whereas its not so in 4.1
