I want to use the TV for browsing from wifi as well and will buy additional device if required(like WDTV), wireless keyboard and mouse. I am in Trivandrum so I expect that only few models will be available for delivery from online websites so will be buying from some B&M shop only. Speakers aren't a priority as I will be connecting my Circle Arko speakers to them.
Also, I am willing to increase budget and go for 32" if there is any model comes highly recommended.
 
First of all you wont get a decent Full HD at this price bracket.
Secondly avoid 22 inch as its a negative resolution.Viewing angle is worst.It will give you Blurry uncrisp images.

Decided to get the Panasonic TH-AS630D for 34k from amazon.in as they confirmed free shipping to Trivandrum and the model looked pretty good at the showroom just visited.

Btw, I have a Nuforce uDAC. Will it work with a Smart TV?
