CPUs arent harmed at that temperature, however it is running hotter than it should. Buying an aftermarket cooler would be pointless but I would recommend you clean your heatsink and fan and maybe reapply the thermal paste. That should sufficently bring down your temps

There's no point in getting a new quad core CPU if you have the 2500k overclocked to 4.4 Ghz+. The Ryzen 5 1600 or higher makes sense if you want to go the AMD way. Intel is rolling out its coffee lake lineup so I'd wait for the 6c/6t i5s or the 6c/12t i7s.

I bought the Hyperx Cloud core headphones recently and even though it works fine, it is way too heavy to wear for extended periods. I'd say go for the Sennheiser Gsp 300 as it is much more comfortable. I don't think surround sound helps out much while gaming so I'd recommend against the gsp...
