    Don't use fraps, it kills your gameplay, just use regular demos, or I think there aer programs specifically for CS.

    I have a 10/100 cat5 cable and router going approx 100 ft. as my source for internet (made the cable myself, and didn't have any problems before) My ISP is adelphia cable on counterstrike i sometimes get 1k+ ping... what the hell? also, my AIM and XFire keep logging in and out, reconnecting...
