Nvidia GPU’s have more resale value due to their dominance in mining. Also, 6800xt trades around 80000 unless under offer. You can get 3080 12 GB which will crush a 6900xt any day

Saw 6800xt going for 57k on mdcomputers yesterday.

Its all about memory bus width. AMD never went over 256 bit whereas 3080 12 GB has 384 bit. which boosts its performance in mining as well as in gaming. I am hopeful for AMD next gen cards.

It doesn't do shit in mining...rather is the worst card for mining. also AMD with only 256bit still gives nvidia solid takkar at high end.

I know it and don't bother about that. It won't be much long as eth will going POS by whatever means in SEPTEMBER this year. Already prices are shot down in used market a lot and that is for every card not just nvidia.

That might not happen that fast, one due to appreciating usd against inr and second nvidia won't be launching any mid tier gpu this year, max 4080 will be launched.
