Havent used either. Use the airmail shipping method and not the FedEx one, no customs in the airmail method.

Apart from that, no other method to save money.

cx180 was around 725 on amazon when started the thread but now 990 ...cowon retails around the same price !!

Biggest advantage is 2 year warranty and sound is good too.

@dinjo - Cowon EM1 and Xiaomi Pistons 2 are pretty good upgrades for you (Pistons when worn around the ear with earhooks and comply foam tips, sounds too good with a decent isolation/fit)

Does anybody find the piston headphones hurting the ears, the round edges, maybe if it would have been curved it would have been more comfortable in the ear
