Xlri doesnt have 50% requirement.you will have to look for more colleges but there are definitely a few who do not have that requirement.

Doesn't your college/university have an option where you can reappear for a few papers to improve your percentage?

OP: You do not have much of a choice besides reappearing for exams or working your a** off and improve your profile.

Start going to NGOs, work harder than anyone else and get promoted as much as possible.

My brother also was in a similar situation. He had 49.8% !!!!

Ill say either you appear again for your exams or go for another UG degree.

If you are a Bcom or something try BBS or BBA.

Symbiosis provides BBa+MBa dual course.Even narsi munjee .

Am not sure though

^ but that mba isnt really the main mba or even the specialisation mba that they offer.the bba+ mba course nmims provides is more of a technical mba and doesnt have the same placement facility as their regular mba's [core, banking management and capital markets].

symbiosis doesnt have a bba+mba.

dont lose hope!

do the following steps :-

1] apply for xat

2] check which colleges are under xat inside the top 50 to 60[check pagalguy rankings]

3] after searching which colleges are accepting xat.check which colleges do not have the 50% criteria

4] i am damn sure you will find atleast 4 to 5 good colleges for which you are eligible.apply to them

5] study hard and get a score over 90 percentile

6] give gd/pi with confidence

7] in the end you will surely make it through.good luck!

See dude from my observation , if you do MBA from any small organization it hardly helps , it will surely improve on what you have at the moment but still MBA from a good college is preferable ! .

My friend got admission in a good college but her ultra orthodox parents wont allow her to stay in hostel !! . So she did MBA from a small local college , was getting 35k after her extc engg and now after MBA she works with 40 k after two years of hardwork ! . Sometimes I feel she represents pure hardwork but still the fact is no matter how hard you work , if you believe in on campus placement , you need to have a good college . Off campus is a different thing but more difficult compared to on campus placements . But considering you got no other option and you are not satisfied with the current degree , you go with whatever you have , get a decent job . And then in the job you have , somehow try to progress there . There would be your window of opportunity again .

Yup... 50% at graduation is the minimum requirement!

You can opt for XAT though. But considering that your academic profile is not so good, it would help if your work profile was better. So, best option would be to gain quality WE for atleast 2 years and then score a > 90 percentile at XAT.

In any case, remember that XAT is not easy and if you take it easily the way you did with your grads, you are not gonna make it. Focus and sheer Hard Work will get you there though.

All the Best.
