OC & Modding Wire to board connector

I have a pcb which has berg strips which look like this.

I need to connect some wires to these headers. I was wondering how the electronics gurus do it. Is there some special crimping tool or something to attach jumper like connecters to wire ends?

Went hunting in lamington road but came up with zilch.

Any clues are highly appreciated.
 
use RMC connectors which are widely available for all sizes of pins.
