Graphic Cards Will hd 4670 work on my system

Hi , I m thinking of buying ati hd 4670 gfx card , can anyone help whether it will work on my system .
it has amd 3000+ proc. 1 gb ddr1 ram, asus a8nvm motherboard and 400w psu. Plz sugguest if any other better gfx card in this range . And also can 4670 run games like gta 4.
 
I too have amd athlon 3000+ overclocked to 2.5 GHz.
Radeon 4670 works fine on my computer though of course it faces severe CPU limitation.My 3Dmark 06 and 05 scores are respectively 6100 and 11700 though they should be around 9000 and 18000 without cpu limitation.
GTA 4 faces a lot of stuttering with 1 GB of ram.Getting another gb will help a great deal.GTA benchmark gives me an average of 16 FPS with high texture quality and very high render quality.
Crysis gives around 20 FPS at 1024x768 with very high detail settings(physics at low).
My intex 450W smps has no problems in running the card even at overclocked settings of 800/2250.

thanx a ton my friend....was planning to buy hd 4670 tomorrow or early next week....i am running zebby 400w...so shud b fine with my system too..
 
i think u also upgrade ur PSU before u buy a card coz 400watt will not help you and also depends upon ur other components installed as well.
 
HD 4670 is not power consuming, but with 400 watt power supply if u go for 9600 GSo, then u shld change us power supply too. I previously had 8600 and 8500 gt with 400 watt power supply. it used to crash or give me bsod often.
