Which one to go for ? Zen 8GB or the X-Fi one ?

today I was browsing for a mp3 player for my brother, just saw couple of deals @ NewEgg :

Creative ZEN X-Fi 2.5" Black 8GB -$112.00 + free shipping

OR

Creative ZEN 2.5" Black 8GB - $88.00 + free shipping

Also considering, for the normal zens, I may need to spend some 10-15$ extra moolah to buy a good earphone like EP630 or something, which one would be a good buy ?

The X-fi is nice when it comes to resources but it does has its problems...the buttons are not comfortable to work around,the SD card does not integrate with the player.

The normal one is good but has the SD integration problem

I would suggest you to go for the Cowon D2...which is touchscreen around the same price....Good player too...there is a review of it in TE too search for it

I hope you get a good player to keep you enthralled in music
