I was planning some water cooling sseeing so many people doing it,I am a complete n00b and have no idea about it.Can some1 explain me the various parts of WC'ing?? also MY budget is low.
is this good??

Buddy first provide us with your configuration as wc is not a easy thing and it costs a good amount to do a wc setup.

Look for the Corsair H50, its the easiest and one of the nicest units with no mess.
