Get S4 or LG G2, as both will work with Reliance sim card after few tweaks with Evdo...
S5 is not yet released but if you still want to buy it after release it will costly as hell and no-one know if it will work with reliance sim card out of box...

So your best choice is LG g2 right now...

s 4 cdma and lg g2 which which telecom company there are many telecom companies
and wt tweaks u talking about i wana buy unlocked at full price .
will it hav sim slot or programing is to be done ???
i will prefer sim slot one out of the box
i am really fed up with this cdma phones i m doing it all for my brother lol he is still using reliance cdma

S5 when launched will be very expensive probably in the range of around 50k
LG G2 has facility for LTE so will be future proof
I just bought unlocked Sprint LG G2 from an ebay seller for Reliance CDMA Network. A GSM SIM can also be used with it.
Used the Ebay Coupon EBAYBASH12 for a 10% discount.
You just need to buy a blank Reliance Micro SIM card and go to WebWorld and fill in Retain SIM form. Within an hour or more dial dial *228 and your mobile is activated.
For 3G data send SMS to 55444 for postpaid and 55333 for prepaid.

but sprint lg g2 lte will work with reliance 4 g band/???
n if i get sprint lg g2 u mean on same sim slot it works with reliance cdma / normal gsm/ normal 3g/ and upcoming reliance 4g ???
and wt is cost for no contract lg g2 in us or samsung s4 cdma no contract
i know i can search on net but i dont know which telecom company to buy etc n wt taxes applicable etc[DOUBLEPOST=1395604486][/DOUBLEPOST]and also can u tell me from which buyer u have purchased it from ebay and wt is the net price u got after discount and ur over all experience as in satisfied or not satisfied in 1 line

^ Exactly. Please make sure you understand what bands a particular phone supports and what bands your cellular operator(s) work on, before you buy the device.
In case of Sprint G2, UTMS is only on 2100, and LTE Bands are 25/26/41

This is the device under discussion http://www.lg.com/us/cell-phones/lg-LS980-g2/technical-specifications

According to this article Reliance LTE will deploy on 2300 and 1800 . So Sprint LG G2 LS980 does not support it. Thanks to JMP for pointing that out

So look for a G2 variant that supports Indian LTE band.

There are a few hidden menu features that can open up other LTE bands but I have yet to explore and will post results later if successful

Current hot phone is definately Sprint LG G2 LS980. Makes more sense to go for it.
Also US play store Nexus 5 can also be flashed to work with RCDMA, Indian version doesnt allow this though. Just a headsup.

I don't think so.... India uses LTE bands 1800 and 2300. RCOM site does not say LTE under those bands. It says WCDMA for those bands.
Not sure though.... check thoroughly before you buy.

This is the LG G2 variant launching for Indian Market LTE. Priced quite high compared to already available G2 in the market. Doesnt mention the specs. Its release coincided with Reliance Stores. Can it be a printing mistake on the stores ? I wonder...

A more interesting article where an upgrade to present LG G2 devices to support india LTE bands
