Video Using Different CAS system

Hi evryone,
I am using a Digicable Conax CAS box with Fastway Cable. A few days back the system installed a new firmware and after that I cannot watch a majority of the channels. It keeps saying call 92170-92170. Some of the channels are available though.

What seems to have gone wrong? I called Fastway cable and they said that talk to Digicable so that they can give you some codes. Is it a Digicable issue or should Fastway be able to help?

Is it not possible to use the CAS from 1 cable operator to the other?
