CORRECTED MY POST-http://www.microsoftstore.co.in/microsoft/92/product/Windows-7-Home-Basic.aspx

@ankxxs-You can go for a better mobo Asus P8Z68-V DIGI VRM-12.5k or Asus P8P67 DELUXE B3 -16.5k

For speakers you can post a thread in audio zone for better options.

Corsair 400R is the best case in your budget check the review on youtube, and cpu cooling Corsair H50 or H70 whatever suits you.

It would be better if you read the above posts,OP already has nzxt phantom and he will be buying Corsair H100 in march so there is no point in suggesting him a case or cooler.

first of all tell me what you will be doing with you'r pc like you will overclock it or you want the SRT technology of Intel and upgrade to ivy bridge in 3-4 months.?

@vaibhav: I want to do all of it. I want use it mainly for entertainment & overclocking purposes. So i.e. why I am asking about good speakers & motherboard as it will be my entertainment hub. Yeah, I will be upgrading to IVY bridge if it wil give me any worthwile price to performance difference. Cabinet I have already bought & what all I need are following componets in the set budget of 60K, for GPU( in Jnauary) & Cooler ( in March) I will be getting those at different intervals so will have seprate budget for them :-
1. Processor ( already decided it to be 2500K)
2. Motherboard. (with good overclocking capabilites & should be able to make use of on board GPU of Sandy Bidge)
3. Speakers. ( need really good pair of these)
4. Monitor. ( should be good both for gaming as well as HD movies. Don't require anything bigger than 24' inches & smaller than 21' inches)
5. RAM ( Good overclocking capablities)
6. PSU
7. HDD - 1TB (whatever 7200 rpm, SATA 3 wil be available at that time)
8. WiFi ADSL Modem + Router

Well if you want to upgrade to ivy bridge i would say go for Asrock P67 extreme4 gen 3 and one more thing if you will go for on board graphics you wont be able to upgrade to ivy bridge you wont be able to overclock too much and i will not recommend on board graphics. asus Z68 series board's claim an up gradation to ivy bridge i am not sure but you can overclock this board well and the SRT technology is very good but you need a 64 GB ssd to use that technology, my recommendations are as followed:

CPU : i5 2500K - 11,700 from SMC international

Motherboard: Asus P8p67 pro or deluxe very very good overclocking features and very easy to overclock too but you cannot upgrade to ivy bridge and i think you don't need ivy bridge it will only give 10 - 15 % extra performance than sandy bridge series you can get more performance buy just overclocking you cpu. 12,000 from Prime ABGB

Ram: Corsair vengeance 1600Mhz 2x4 - 3,600 from SMC International

PSU: i would recommend go for seasonic 750 - watts t850 hey are cheap and and very good Power supplies as they make PSU's for corsair and XFX. 6,175 850watts from SMC international

HDD: WD cavier Black 1TB or seagate barracuda 1TB for about - 4,000

and get gpu also it wont exceed your budget don't wait for 7000 series because if you do you have to make compromises in motherboard- 560 ti twin frozer 2 - 14000 - 15000 from SMC international or prime ABGB

Monitor: choose it by your own choice there is nothing to tell.

Wifi: no idea.
Total = 52,475 excluding shipping which would be around 500 - 800

@ vaibahv : I am quiet satisfied by yours & gatekeeper's replies now just want suggestions regading Modem & Speakers only. If possible then, do suggest me an option for Z series motherboard also.
