Budget 31-40k Upgrade Required for Gaming

Do not get LE versions in Asus boards if you want to OC. I myself use Asus M5A97 R2.0. Board is running solid since approx 2.5 years. Though I m not much in to OC nowadays. It would easily OC my old school Phenom II 955BE to 3.8-3.9GHz using its auto OC utility.

Change PSU, VS series from Corsair ain't that great. Something like Seasonic S12 II 520 will be better; although it may cost more. Also for mouse do checkout G400s also from Logitech.

Apart from that, since now you buying new motherboard and proccy, considering Intel option ?
