Unable to access DataOne portal

Whenever I open the DataOne oprtal at http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp, I get a message that I should enable cookies in IE. Well, duh, cookies are enabled and I was able to login to the site until a few days back.

Are any of you DataOne users able to login to the portal? I am not able to check the service records to see the usage. Is there something else I must do?
 
I tried that, but no go. Site is not responding. Customer support is not very helpful in this regard. Does anyone know if the server is down or something? Been quite a while now since I logged in.
 
Hi,

Try this if u r still unable to access the portal. Go to internet options and set the slider under privacy to accept all cookies.
