suggestion vlc audio track option

i have a Hollywood movie, which can play in english as well as hindi , but to play in hindi i use vlc software and right click on movie , go to video and than audio track click on hindi. but this hindi option does not display in every hollywood movie , so pls tell me is there any kind of software whic convert english movie in hindi. to make this question easy i m post the pic.

Which vlc are you using?new vlc 1.0.1 & above can play both languages.
You need to- Rt.click on vlc(screen while playing movie)> audio> audio track> select the option available.

This works usually.The image you posted is showing Hindi option which shld work.
 
You can only play Hindi audio if the movie file contains the Hindi soundtrack. Not all files have the hindi soundtrack.
If the hindi soundtrack is present, then check the solution provided above.
