Suggestion for buy 22 inches LED TV

Hello, Hi, i want to buy new LED TV 22", and i know little bit & read about this two model LG LE5300 LED & Samsung UA22C4000PM LED, and i don't want go spend more then 20,000 Rs., so please i would be very thank-full if anyone guide me which is the best LED in this both of. if anyone have idea and other better choice then please suggest me about that also. i was really thank-full who guide me.
 
Why set on TV ? dell 2311 ultrasharp monitor has great viewing angles you can attach a good TVtuner card to enjoy it as a tv and a very good monitor is free!
