Audio Suggest speakers.

Ok, so I'm in the market for some good 2.1 ch speakers.I've been looking around for the Altec Lansing MX 5021/Logitech Z-2300, but they seemed to have been discontinued or something.

Can anyone please suggest some good speakers that are as good/better than the ones mentioned above?

Well, the fact that I mentioned the MX5021 would have been enough of a clue to how much my budget would be.

But to be specific, around 6-7k.
 
Thanks.Any idea about the current pricing? A source claims the S330 to be 5.9k and C3 to be 8k.

Also, are there any online stores that are selling it?
 
Thanks.The thing is, I don't like the fact that the C2/C3 has a separate amp, it just takes up unnecessary space and the S330/S530 don't seem to be available right now.

How do they stack up against the Logitech Z623?
