I want to buy UPS for my PC, there is lot of power cut now a days in my area so to be in safer side i decided to buy UPS :).

In future i might expand/add, specially graphics card :)

Best of the pack is APC but for your budget you might not get APC .. Check out APC its a tank when it comes to UPS.

Buy the one whose warranty period is more. Most of them offer 1year min. There are UPS which offer 2 or 3 years.
600VA will do good for 10mins browsing..
If you add high end card & your PSU is very much power consuming PC wont give you any back up it will immediately shut down.
Check if your able to get 800va one in your budget.
Since you have zebby 500 PSU I am sure you may add a decent graphics card not high end card in that case 600va will do good.
