Streaming Media over WiFi in XBOX 360 slim

Guys,

I struggled and wasted 7 hrs yesterday trying to get WMC working in my xbox slim yesterday

Just wanted to know if anyone else uses WMC to stream movies from his PC onto the xbox.

Also wanted to know what all formats can be played...I know wmv and mp4 are supported but heard that its plays mkv nowadays without issues

any help on the setting would be much appreciated.

Also, from the moment I saw the GUI for WMC I have fallen in love with it.

BTW: anyone using XBMC for HTPC's here?
