.I bought this last Nov'12 from tradus now left side earphone is not working, can you please tell me how can I claim warranty.
Please check the import sticker on the box and name of distributor . Warranty support will be provided by them

^ Not expected anytime soon. PL-11 at 750 is a better buy than the current pricing of ES18 I believe .
