Sony Bravia (BX32) And XBOX help - NO SOUND

Hey guyz ,
Just came back from Malaysia with Sony Bravia BX32.

I have a 3 yrs old XBOX with me (XBOX CORE - NO HDMI). Dont have the RGB cable with xbox , sold it long tym back.

I am trying to connect to XBOX to TV through VGA cable.Now the vga cable has a VGA, 1 red and 1 yellow wire in one end and a xbox connector at the another end.

i plug everything and then select PC input ,, i can c the display but there is no sound.
I have put red and white wire in every red/white socket but there is no sound

Soory this is my 1st LCD tv . SO am a noob . SUm1 help !!

have you connected external speakers/home theatre to the TV? Go to speaker options and check which speakers are selected.
