IMO it has the best customer service, Karan Sir and Anuradha Mam helps in any issue which i have with my packages. and even the local aramex office guy is very good to me. have ordered over 20-25 packages all have received in perfect conditions. and prompt reply from customer care too.

regarding your thread.. I also sometimes had to stop shipments.. I contact the shipping company(ups, fedex ) directly to return the package. they do without any extra cost. in this case it wouldn't be possible i guess as you got package under 24 hours.

Ms.Kerriann offered to return one of my earlier packages that had already reached the SnS facility for 15USD. Why the sudden change in attitude now?

the shipping charges are 10 USD for the 1st 500 gms+8 USD for every additional 500 gms+12.36% service tax

we can not shop from newegg as they do not accept indian credit card or indian paypal.

buy the stuff from amazon where even your debit card also works.

i ordered two perfumes and one is already with shopandship, i got an email that its unacceptable, i didnt read the faq abt unacceptable item before.

now what do i do? is there no way for shopandsip to send them to me?
