Regarding the Nokia BH214 , it works with all phones / PMPs which support Bluetooth 2.0 + A2DP . I have the same and can use it with Galaxy S, N900 , E72 , PS3 << microphone only >> and my laptop , desktop as well.

I cant use it with anything else other than omnia and other nokia phones. My galaxy s dont even recognises it.

Yeah I use it one my phone....its what keeping OMNIA HD alive actually
