Thing with getting extendable batteries is finding them in India. You will have to import from abroad.
Mugen has them for your S3 and their website says free shipping to India.
Why do you need extendable batteries in the first place ?

thats a ten percent difference only.
There is the 4600mAh model but that will increase bulk of the handset.
If you carry a spare battery it comes to the same.
The most important thing when buying batteries is to check the manufacture date as batteries have a fixed lifetime whether you use them or not. Li-Po batteries must not be stored for extended periods below 40% charge. Older battery = less life. Pay more and get a recent vintage.
