hi guys please tell how to remove my old thermal paste frm heat sinker and processor (its very sticky ) ....also please tell the method how to apply paste ???

I experimented with few things and found that surgical spirit is good at it, you can ask any chemist and It will do the job.
For applying it depends on what paste you have, you may want to check the manufacturer site for preferred method. Like I used MX2 and the way manufacturer suggested is to apply a blob i between of CPU.

i am using nocta thermal paste any particular method to apply it ????
and can i use normal alcohol to remove thermal paste??

Isopropyl Alcohol or Rubbing Alcohol available at your local chemist for 30 bucks and a lint-free cloth.
As for the application, what processor are you doing it on? it depends, but usually rice grain in the middle works for most. Some like to scrape it over the surface, while some let the HS do the good work for them.
