recommendation for air conditioner

This is for a room that is about 130 square feet and will see use for about 1 month in a year.
I assume this means that I should choose a model that has fewer stars (higher power usage) since it's going to be used so infrequently. What would people suggest? This is in Bangalore.[DOUBLEPOST=1459585466][/DOUBLEPOST]I've been offered the following model (samsung 3 star, 1 ton) for about 29k (including a stabilizer and the cost of installation). Any reason I shouldnt pull the trigger.

Its 3 Star you can get it for more cheaper price , inverter only cost 1k

Would not recommend Samsung rather go for Carrier or Voltas which you can get for less or similar price if you bargain at local stores
