Is there a app that will kill the recent open app after a regular interval say 1 hour ?

Try Servicely. Killing apps is not a recommended practice though.

You could also try the new version of Battery Doctor, it has a Super Optimize feature which prevents apps that you've turned off via the optimize feature permanently, but as what artikle mentioned it isn't always recommended.

I use greenify to hibernate apps and ES Task Killer to kill unused processes.
works wonders in freeing up the memory in my Yureka.
