Graphic Cards New GPU confusion

i need some help choosing a new GPU i gave my old one to my brother.

now i need a cheap GPU to last me just 3Months i have a very low budget of 5k(INR).
i have narrowd down my choises to around 3 GPUs

8600GT(for 4k)
HD3650(for 3.8k)
9600GSO(6k)(Exceeds my budget but i can somehow manage to get it)

now i m more inclined towards the HD3650 but 8600GT also seems to be good so help me between these 2
 
if its for 3 months only why dont you go for something really cheap like HD3450 or 8400gs.

otherwise between HD3650 and 8600gt get the one which costs you the least
 
Performance = 8600GT > 3650 only 5-10%
HTPC = 3650 > 8600GT
Features = 3650 > 8600GT
Overall = 3650 > 8600GT

Btw what exactly do you plan to do with them, if its only casual computing get a old 7600gs or something or watever cheap u can get, as you'll be upgrading in 3 months anyway.

thanks for the suggestions but it exceeds my my budget by a huge margin and @ my location ppl consider 8800GT as a jewl and it is even more expensive than the G92-88GTS here but i'll look in the second hand section if i can get something good like 8800GTS-320MB maybe

I think the economical relations between Ind-Pak are pretty decent these days, distance wise its as far/near as any ndian city. Unless ofcourse if the Pak customs are as corrupt as their Indian counterparts, KMD or anyone else should not have trouble shipping a card to Peshawar...

Well jurisdiction changes and if there were any matter it will be very hard to resolve!
 
Hmm for crying out loud... like its any better now. No one is gonna file a police complaint, its all the good faith between buyer and seller...

i got an 8600GT 256Gddr3 From MSI (again the silent one)

man i really had to go through a lot of trouble to get it

first when i said i want the ddr3 one he said u cant run a ddr3 GPU on DDR2 mobos lol
